Do you bring the hibachi grill to my home in Holiday?

Yes. Every Holiday booking is in-home hibachi — the chef arrives with a commercial mobile hibachi grill, propane, all the food, sauces, and serving gear. You provide the space and the tables; we bring everything that cooks. The chef needs about an 8 by 8 foot clear area, and Aripeka backyards, driveways, patios, and decks all work.

How much does hibachi catering cost in Holiday?

Our hibachi chef service is $55 per adult and $30 per child, with a $550 minimum per event. Travel to Holiday is a flat $50 for the first 50 miles with tolls included, then $1 per mile beyond that. Those figures are before tax — sales tax is calculated on the event address, so your quote will show it separately.

It is Japanese teppanyaki cooked on a flat-top hibachi grill — the same style as a hibachi restaurant, run in your own space. The chef cooks fried rice, vegetables, and your chosen proteins to order, and performs the knife work, the onion volcano, and the catch-it-in-your-mouth routine while cooking. Gluten-friendly, halal, and vegetarian versions are all available.
