Most of what we do in Pace is private hibachi at home: a backyard in Gulf Breeze, a rooftop in Jay, a condo terrace in Milton. The chef brings a full mobile hibachi grill, preps on site, and runs the whole show where your guests are already sitting.

Our chefs roll into Pace with the grill, the fire show, and everything but the table. Our Pace coverage runs across 5 neighborhoods including Gulf Breeze and Zcta 325xx. Backyard hibachi, rooftop, garage, covered patio, indoor with ventilation — we have done all of it here.

Pace is covered by our Florida chef network rather than by a chef flying in, which is what keeps weekend dates open here. Travel is billed as a flat $50 for the first 50 miles, tolls included, plus $1 per mile past that.

Do you bring the hibachi grill to my home in Pace?

Yes. Every Pace booking is in-home hibachi — the chef arrives with a commercial mobile hibachi grill, propane, all the food, sauces, and serving gear. You provide the space and the tables; we bring everything that cooks. The chef needs about an 8 by 8 foot clear area, and Gulf Breeze backyards, driveways, patios, and decks all work.

How much does hibachi catering cost in Pace?

Our hibachi chef service is $55 per adult and $30 per child, with a $550 minimum per event. Travel to Pace is a flat $50 for the first 50 miles with tolls included, then $1 per mile beyond that. Those figures are before tax — sales tax is calculated on the event address, so your quote will show it separately.

Can I book a hibachi birthday party in Pace on a weekend?

Yes, and weekends are what we do most. We operate seven days a week including Saturday, which is our busiest hibachi party slot in Pace. Summer and holiday weekends fill first, so book two to three weeks out if your date is fixed.

Is this hibachi or teppanyaki, and what does the chef actually cook?

It is Japanese teppanyaki cooked on a flat-top hibachi grill — the same style as a hibachi restaurant, run in your own space. The chef cooks fried rice, vegetables, and your chosen proteins to order, and performs the knife work, the onion volcano, and the catch-it-in-your-mouth routine while cooking. Gluten-friendly, halal, and vegetarian versions are all available.
